We are hiring: Female Functional Fitness Coach

Location**:Vancouver / North Vancouver**

Type: Part-Time to Full-Time Contractor

Start Date: ASAP

AC Fitness is expanding into **Greater Vancouver**, and we are seeking a **motivated female trainer** to support our growing athlete and personal training roster.

This is an **independent contractor position** with immediate coaching opportunities and strong growth potential.

**Primary Location**
- **The Firm Athletica** 1665 W 7th Ave, Vancouver, BC V6J 1S4
- Potential opportunity to support **Royal Vancouver Yacht Club** athlete training this upcoming season
- Mobile personal training opportunities across Vancouver and North Vancouver

**Who You Are**

You are:

- A confident communicator and coach
- Experienced or passionate about functional training, strength, and conditioning
- Comfortable coaching one-on-one sessions and small groups
- Experienced working with athletes of varying ages
- Excited to grow within a high-standard coaching culture

**Required Qualifications**
- Valid Personal Training Certification
- Kinesiology background or ongoing education strongly preferred
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Interest in Hyrox-style conditioning, CrossFit methodology, and Olympic lifting
- Willingness to travel for mobile sessions (Travel and gas compensation provided)

**What You’ll Do**
- Deliver high-quality coaching aligned with AC Fitness standards
- Support athlete training blocks and seasonal programs
- Contribute to client retention, community growth, and positive training environments
- Optional involvement in online coaching, events, and brand growth initiatives
