Right now, Cineplex is looking for dynamic Cast Members for our Cineplex Junxion, Erin Mills Town Centre Location in Mississauga.

Introducing Junxion Our brand new concept that is a movie theatre, entertainment complex and dining destination - all in one place. Offering immersive and shared experiences for movie-lovers and entertainment-seekers alike, Junxion will be the complete night out for guests of all ages, including teens, millennials, their friends and families.

We count on our Cast Members to ensure Cineplex Entertainment provides each and every guest with an exceptional entertainment experience. The Cineplex atmosphere is energetic, big, fast-paced, social, exciting and positive.

Key responsibilities:

- Working Directly with the Public - Enthusiastically receiving guests, engaging guests in friendly conversation; setting the tone for a personalized experience, selling and up-selling food and drinks
- Preparing and serving drinks - Mixing ingredients to prepare cocktails, pour wine and beer; providing exceptional, personalized service to guests
- Service food to guests - Serving food to guests seated at the bar and in the lounge, as required
- Maintain a clean workspace - Washing glassware and utensils after each use; maintaining a clean, well-organized bar top and workspace
- Determining levels of service - Utilizing training from Smart Serve Ontario to determine if a guest has been over served alcohol

**Requirements**:

- Positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude, and excellent communication skills
- Superior understanding of hospitality and customer service, and proven ability to deliver an exceptional Guest Experience
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks, ability to remember drink recipes
- Relevant industry certificate or diploma is an asset
- Extended periods of time standing, walking, bending, carrying and assisting with bartending tasks
- Smart Serve Certification and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres required
