**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Evaluate damaged vehicles and determine the extent of repairs needed.
- Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates for customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain the estimation process and answer any questions.
- Collaborate with technicians and management to ensure all estimates are completed to insurance standards, and develop a repair plan
- Manage customer relationships by providing exceptional service and follow-up throughout the repair process.
- Upsell additional services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and repair techniques to provide informed recommendations.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an automotive repair environment is preferred, particularly in a collision center setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge is essential to accurately assess vehicle damage.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers, insurance and team members effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Join our team as a Body Shop Estimator, where your skills will contribute significantly to our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction in the automotive repair industry.

Pay: $40,000.00-$66,000.00 per year
