**Job Title: Accounts Receivable**

Gryphon Development is a real estate development company based in Vancouver, BC. This innovative and fast‐paced company is integrated with in‐house departments executing full project cycles including acquisition, development, construction, sales and marketing and management. As the Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for receiving payments, reviewing sales contracts, recording sales related transactions accordingly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review sales contracts and relevant documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Review deposit status and coordinate with sales team for deposit collection
- Review, reconcile and post revenue and payment receipts
- Coordinate with law firm for trust account deposit releases
- Coordinate with Asia sales team for sales discrepancies
- Maintain sales documents on system and ensure proper distribution
- Review internal and external sales commission payments and follow up on progress
- Prepare summary and status reports on sales, deposits, and commission
- Calculate and report on financial impacts relating to sales contracts and addenda
- Review closing adjustments and coordinate with law firm on sales completion
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Education background in business administration, accounting, law, or relevant field
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work and multi‐task with a strong attention to detail
- Self‐motivated, results‐driven with the ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
- Work well independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience in the real estate and competency in Mandarin is an asset
