**Job Summary**: Crew members greet and serves guests, prepares food products, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, and performs tasks quickly and accurately. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position. Crew members utilize a kitchen display system to view orders. Food preparation and safety, maintaining a clean restaurant and image, and adhering to all Odd Burger standards are among some key tasks and responsibilities.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Cook, assemble and bag food orders
- Greet customers and show knowledge of our products
- Prep produce and other food items
- Clean and maintain all store areas
- Maintain food quality and consistency, exceptional customer satisfaction and fast speed of services (especially during rush times)
- deliver excellent customer service, are attentive, patient and friendly with customers
- have strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- have strong independent problem-solving skills
- have good leadership and interpersonal skills
- are responsible, trustworthy, and punctual
- have good communication skills
- are willing to learn and grow (and to grow within company)
- enjoy working with in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.55 per hour
