You are the ideal Assistant Store Manager because;
You Build teams that exceed their goals

Your responsibilities & tasks are to Be an ambassador of WLKN’s culture and customer service at all times

Define, analyze and use performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize sales and store performance

Develop your team’s skills and sense of belonging

Plan and oversee the store operations

Responsibly manage loss prevention

Keep current of fashion and musical trends

You hold the following experience and your entourage describes you as

Having 3 years of experience in retail - clothing

1 year experience of team building

A strong desire to succeed

Strong leadership skills Strong organizational skills

Bilingual (French-English)

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
