Smiles First Corporation is seeking an Entry Level Reporting Analyst to join our team The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for maintaining our company’s Data and Reporting needs daily. This role will build strong proficiencies in data management practices and Microsoft office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

**Position Responsibilities**
- Responsible for inputting all relevant data into a Microsoft Excel report
- Responsible for maintaining monthly production reports for our company and clients’ data
- Interact with our Leadership team daily to gather relevant information and implement any changes to current reports, as requested
- Working with assigned dashboard and reviewing checklists to ensure all requirements have been captured (Quality Assurance)
- Collect data, analyze trends, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
- Build tables, graphs, and presentations
- Create / maintain all Production Documentation
- Provide training and technical assistance to other team members and users for generation of various types of reporting.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and additional Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quick turnaround environment
- Completion of a post-secondary diploma/degree in a related field is an asset
- Previous experience in data entry/management role an asset
- Experience with any Dashboard software, such as NetSuite, is an asset
