We are looking for a Technical Analyst who has knowledge of Microsoft Teams, especially in the area of Teams Meetings. You will be responsible for supporting the organization of bilingual virtual events, such as webinars, workshops, town halls, and conferences. You will also assist in training our internal and external stakeholders on how to use Teams Meetings.

As a Technical Analyst, you will work in an agile setting with a cross-functional team of meeting experience specialists, IT professionals, and communication experts. You will assist in setting up and organizing dry runs and testing sessions to ensure the smooth delivery of our virtual events.

To be successful in this role, you should have effective communication and collaboration skills, as well as an interest in meeting best practices. You should also have a customer service orientation and a problem-solving mindset. You should be able to work in a team and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. You should also be willing to learn new skills and technologies as needed.

**What you’ll do**:

- Provide technical solutions that improve FCC’s business capabilities
- Develop new tools and processes
- Implement and support technology process automation
- Support, monitor and improve technologies and solutions

**What we’re looking for**:

- Technical problem solver who enjoys resolving challenging issues Experience with cloud computing including SAAS and PAAS
- In-depth understanding of up-to-date integration techniques
- Innovative problem-solver and critical thinker with a customer focus

**What you’ll need**:

- A bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Extensive knowledge of systems analysis, design concepts, and computing and software industry trends
