Wanted - Wholesale Specialist in Bonnyville, AB
Ducharme Motors is looking for a Wholesale Specialist to our growing and busy Parts Department.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to navigate different websites and systems
- Experience with Microsoft office considered an asset
- Ability to drive with an acceptable drivers abstract
- Strong knowledge of tires, accessories, and automotive parts
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Superior Communication skills
- Time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a high paced environment
- Happy to help attitude with a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Motivated to succeed and grow
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated familiarity with automotive parts vendors
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to external wholesale customers
- Maintaining an intimate knowledge of in stock parts, accessories, and tires
- Knowing which suppliers to order from
- Prepare estimates and order parts and accessories under tight time constraints
- Build and maintain a reputation of being a top-notch wholesale specialist
- Maintaining and growing relationships with all accounts
