**Job Summary**:
As a Courier Dispatcher at **BEEP BEEP EXPRESS**, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our delivery operations run smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to the Lead Dispatch, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating courier routes, optimizing delivery schedules, and providing outstanding support to both our couriers and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**OFFICE (90%)**
- **Route Management**: Assign and optimize delivery routes for couriers to ensure timely and efficient service.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication with couriers, addressing any issues or changes in real-time.
- **Problem Resolution**: Quickly and effectively address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during delivery operations.
- **Customer Support**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, handling complaints, quoting on jobs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, couriers' performance, and any incidents or issues.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor courier performance and provide feedback to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned; assist Lead Dispatch.

**DRIVER (10%)**
- Pick up and deliver packages to recipients as required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong command of the English language.
- **Technology**: Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant technology (Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with couriers, customers, and other team members.
- **Clean Driver’s Abstract and Criminal Records Check**

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or business management is a plus.

**Wage**: $15.30/hr (wage review after 90 days)

**Position**: Part-time Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 1:00pm (in office); possibility more hours as company grows.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
