**Responsibilities**
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
- Update and refresh job ads on a regular basis
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Maintain well-documented recruiting reports
- Assist in conducting Orientation as a part of our onboarding training plan
- Promote the company’s reputation
- Prepare new hire documents

**Skills**
- Some work experience as a Recruiter
- Knowledge of laws and regulations surrounding employment as they related to recruitment and onboarding
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Ability to juggle multiple calendars
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software
- Strong technical aptitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Strong critical thinking skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

- Monday to Friday - 8-hour shift
