**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Baking Goods Preparation**:
Prepare a variety of bakery products, including bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and donuts following established recipes and quality standards.

Monitor and manage inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies.

Ensure that all baked goods meet the highest quality and freshness standards.

Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized baking area.

**Frontline Customer Service**:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing product recommendations as needed.

Operate cash registers and handle transactions with precision.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Maintain a welcoming and clean storefront environment.

**Team Collaboration**:
Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Communicate effectively with the management team regarding inventory, sales, and customer feedback.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in baking and customer service roles is preferred.

Strong passion for baking and a creative approach to product presentation.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Comfortable working in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat and flour dust.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Baking: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
- Food Safety Certification (preferred)
