Lot Attendant

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot, ensuring all vehicles are properly parked and displayed.
- Assist customers in locating vehicles and provide information about available options.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and condition, reporting any issues to management.
- Maintain Lawns and property
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support dealership operations by performing additional tasks as needed, including assisting in vehicle deliveries.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a dealership or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively as well as follow instructions.
- Experience with small tractors and equipment is a plus but not required.

Pay: $18.80-$19.20 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 40 per week
