- You are GUARANTEED a payrate of $19/hr from start of your workday to the end. That said... The better you get at your job, the more your payrate will reflect that We're proud to have some staff earning over $25/hr.

**Earn PAID days off (over and above your vacation days). **_5-day staff tend to earn approximately 1 paid day/1-1.5months We have an easy system in place to track where you stand towards earning this perk_
