Northbridge Insurance Accident Benefits Claims Manager work hard to provide support to our Claims teams; providing guidance and assistance which allows them to best serve our customers. They keep track of Key Performance Indicators and ensure that each Claim is adjudicated in a timely and accurate manner.

You’re great at:
- Claims handling of Accident Benefits claims
- Interpreting and Investigating case law and legislation
- Managing a team of Claims Adjuster, coaching, training, and mentoring
You have:
- Post-secondary school education and/or equivalent on the job experience.
- Completion of the CIP/FCIP designation or in progress an asset
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the property and casualty industry
- Strong Adjusting background with in-depth knowledge of the SABS
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven leadership experience
