Essentra Components has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Erie, PA. Essentra Components is a global market leader in plastic injection molded, vinyl dip molded and metal components. Uniquely, combining the expertise and flexibility of a manufacturer with the service and range of a distributor.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for engaging in inbound and outbound freight transactions; shipping and receiving activities, basic inventory management.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform daily cycle counts of inventory to maximize inventory accuracy.
- Use computer inventory management program to document all inventory transactions, shipping receiving and material inquiries.
- Route and ship outgoing product quickly with mínimal to zero inaccuracies using a variety of couriers and transport methods.
- Maintain and update STEPs (stop, think, evaluate, proceed) in company platform.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
- Able to use logic and reason, even when faced with emotionally charged and difficult situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

- Nisku, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
