The Manager supports the development of culturally appropriate care practices, processes and policies for the provision of high-quality services and care. This role monitors and leads change improvements to support positive patient and family care experiences for Indigenous people, further aligning this work with the Truth and Reconciliation Commissions’ Calls to Action.
