JOB SUMMARY

JOB DUTIES

Build and assemble structures in according to specifications.

Install glazing systems, curtain wall, skylights, guard rails, storefronts, and doors as per drawings and instructions.

Install or replace prefabricated aluminum windows, doors and frames in residential and commercial settings.

Waterproofing details and caulking.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications.

Identify faulty window and door components and perform general adjustments.

Repair and service installed products.

Maintain company vehicle, tools and other property.

Testing equipment before leaving job site and perform safety check.

Maintaining good customer relations and customer service.

Maintaining accurate work records, adequate parts inventory for service vehicle; keep inventory log.

Other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Glazier/aluminum experience required

Knowledge of construction operations and procedures preferred.

Experience in the construction industry preferred.

Very familiar with hand tools such as power drills, hammers, and saws.

Physically fit with an ability to lift up to 80lbs/100lbs with standing endurance.

Ability to work at heights.

Ability to work well with a team of subcontractors and a supervisor.

Drivers license required.

CERTIFICATES CONSIDERED AN ASSET

Fall Protection

Telehandler operation ticket (in person course)

Forklift Operator Safety Course

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
