**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and creative **Lead Home Stager** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the staging process from start to finish including consulting, design planning, pulling and preparing staging rentals, overseeing and executing installations and de-staging to ensure each project runs smoothly and efficiently. In addition to staging, you’ll also support our organizing, decluttering, and packing/unpacking services. You must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to commit to scheduled jobs with professionalism and flexibility.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Lead Staging Projects**: Oversee the entire staging process, from consulting, planning, design, execution, and de-staging.
- **Collaborate with the Team**: Work closely with the team to bring creative visions to life, ensuring a cohesive, appealing design that enhances each property.
- **Coordinate Logistics**: Manage the pulling and packing of staging rentals, and oversee the loading and unloading of furniture and accessories for staging installations.
- **Transform Spaces**: Select and arrange furniture, accessories, artwork and other elements to showcase homes in the best possible light, whether using existing or our inventory.
- **Manage Staging Inventory**: Keep staging inventory organized and accounted for, ensuring all materials are properly returned and stored after each job.
- **Problem-Solving**: Effectively manage tight timelines and high-pressure situations, offering creative solutions when needed.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect staged properties to ensure that all elements are in place and in optimal condition, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- **Client Satisfaction**: Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns or requests during the staging process, providing excellent customer service and fostering positive relationships.
- **Our Other Services**: Assist with our packing, unpacking, decluttering, and organizing services during on-site jobs.
- **Brand Representation**: Uphold our brand aesthetic and maintain a high level of professionalism during every client interaction to reflect the quality and care our clients expect.

**What You Bring**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in home staging, interior decorating, or a similar field. Experience with organizing, decluttering, and packing/unpacking is a plus.
- **Design Eye**: Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail, with the ability to create spaces that appeal to potential buyers using both existing furniture and decor as well as rentals.
- **Organization Skills**: Strong organizational skills and a willingness to support organizing and decluttering tasks as part of full-service project execution.
- **Handiness**: Skilled in hanging artwork and mirrors using tools like hammers, levels, and nails to ensure alignment and stability. Comfortable assembling furniture and performing other light hands-on tasks.
- **Leadership & Communication**: Ability to lead staging projects and communicate clearly with homeowners, realtors, and team members.
- **Physical Stamina**: Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and moving furniture and decor, as well as standing and working on your feet for extended periods.
- **Driver’s License & Vehicle**: A valid driver’s license and access to an SUV or larger vehicle is required for transporting staging/work-related materials.
