Garpa Property Solutions LTD is looking for a strong, experienced, and reliable **cleaner** with a passion for the organization to join one of our teams to support our clients in Metro Vancouver.

Job Title: Cleaner

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Preparing cleaning products for the day
- Using cleaning products and procedures to provide an exceptional cleaning in

Leadership skills required customers’ homes **Cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, family rooms, etc.**
- Sanitizing and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Vacuuming and washing hard surface floors
- Cleaning and dusting light fixtures, baseboards, doors, door frames, and windowsills
- Emptying garbages
- Hands-on cleaning may be required
- Communication with your supervisor/Management

Skills and Abilities:

- Minimum of one year of experience
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Able to work weekends when required
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic English communication skills
- Knowledge of WHIMIS and standard cleaning products, chemicals, and procedures (ASSET)
- Spanish language
- Driver License (ASSET)
- Currently living in Metro Vancouver

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
