The Finance Lead will support and assist with business modeling, P&L and balance sheet forecasting, and reporting key metrics related to strategic growth initiatives in Elemy's Pediatric Psychiatry service line. This role will work closely with other Pediatric Psychiatry leadership to identify and quantify strategic initiatives within Elemy's new pediatric behavioral health verticals.

**What You'll Do**
- Partner with senior leadership to identify, quantify, and track strategic growth opportunities.
- Manage strategic planning including business modeling, P&L forecasting, goal setting, and prioritization of strategic initiatives.
- Oversee financial reporting activities to report to executive leadership and investors.
- Support expansion of Elemy's services into new behavioral health verticals, while leading cross-functional efforts across the organization.
- Develop financial analyses for new specialty markets to inform management decisions.
- Maintain continual focus on growth and development for direct and indirect reports, as well as build a strong sense of team-player mentality.
- Drive process improvements, efficiencies and lead projects that support the company strategic initiatives.

**Who You Are**
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- 4+ years of investment banking, private equity, or finance operations experience, 2+ years of leadership experience (experience within a hyper-growth startup or digital health company is a plus).
- Excellent quantitative skills and ability to accurately lead business forecasting, goal setting, and executive / investor reporting.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ability to quickly navigate and interpret large data sets from multiple systems.
- Ability to effectively communicate and positively interact with people both internal and external to the organization.
- Strategic thinker with strong ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Detail-oriented, thorough, and results oriented.
