The **HR Reporting Specialist** is responsible for the assessment, development and delivery of reports in accordance with service level agreements, data governance principles in alignment with business needs and requirements. Responsible for synthesizing and analyzing HR data to provide insights to address key global HR issues and challenges. This roles supports the creation of reports and HR insights and supports the identification of needs in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders. **Is this role right for you? In this role you, will**: - Perform data request intake process with business groups, Business HR, COEs, or other key stakeholders to define data requirements and fulfill them via the development and delivery of reports of varying complexity. - Provide guidance to HR and business stakeholders on HR data inquiries related to headcount and workforce planning, talent management, career development, diversity and inclusion, organizational effectiveness, engagement, company culture, and retention. - Assist in the analysis and preparation of insight requests related to HR data. - Perform complex queries to organize and prepare data used in reports and insights. - Support the development and enhancement of automated solutions within the team by defining high level business requirements and working with peers in the HR reporting team to define scope of work for future enhancements. - Monitor trends in inquiries and/or issues and shares key insights with the Manager, Day-to-Day Reporting, seeking opportunities to improve internal processes and provision of data. - Support continuous improvements in data quality, data management practices, and standardization of tools and reporting capabilities. **Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
