Ottawa, Canada Chenier Tax Specialists Full time

An established and busy tax preparation business in the Carlingwood area is looking for an assistant with experience in preparing personal income tax returns. In addition to preparing tax returns, you must be willing to work in the front office to greet clients, answer our phones and perform administrative tasks as necessary. You must be organized, energetic and computer literate. Knowledge of Profile, Quickbooks. and MS Office are definite assets. Full-time hours beginning March 3 until mid-May. **Responsibilities**
- Prepare basic personal income tax returns
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage phone system, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and QuickBooks for administrative tasks and invoicing.
- Support office operations by assisting with clerical duties.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $18.50 per hour
