**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Works with the Strategy, Product, Project Management, UI/UX & Technology disciplines to define the data requirements and analytics stack for projects
- Experience in creating KPIs and OKRs frameworks to transplace the business requirements into reporting and dashboards
- Participate and host interviews, brainstorm, and workshops with business teams and contribute to data-related topics and projects
- Develop data and analytics roadmap and actionable initiatives
- Keeps up to date with the latest data practice and trends, to help influence the direction of the Data & Analytics Discipline.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in a data role, ideally client facing roles
- Passionate about the latest trends in data, technology, and digital solutions (i.e. modern data stack, operational analytics, reverse ETL, dbt, etc.)
- Outstanding people, communication, and storytelling skills
- Experience in working with cloud-native, multi-cloud, and hybrid data platforms
- Familiar with popular cloud services and methodologies
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or Engineering. A master's level education is an asset
- Most importantly, a nice person and a team player
