Electrical Project Coordinator

**About the Role**
We are looking for a **Project Coordinator** to join our office team. This is not just a support role — we’re looking for someone who can take charge, own their responsibilities, and bring new ideas to the table. The Project Coordinator will be the link between the office, field crews, and customers, ensuring communication is clear, materials are ready, and jobs move forward smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and coordinate field crews for daily and upcoming projects
- Communicate project updates and changes to staff and customers
- Follow up with customers after quotes, completed jobs, and overdue invoices
- Source, order, and track materials; coordinate deliveries to sites or shop
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining job files/SOPs
- Organize employee events and order company apparel
- Provide general administrative and project support as needed
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in administration, coordination, or customer service
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with computers (Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, etc.)
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn the industry

Pay: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
