**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- **Customer Service**: Provide efficient and courteous service to clients on all aspects of our real estate offerings.
- **Client Communication**: Field incoming calls, respond to client inquiries, and maintain client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction.
- **Property Management**: Manage property listings, handle inquiries, and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with real estate brokers to expedite and enhance property sales activities.
- **Scheduling**: Assist in scheduling real estate showings, open houses, and client meetings to ensure seamless operations.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 years in a customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- **Multitasking & Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using CRM software and the MS Office suite.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
