We are presently looking for a **Licensed Tri-Axle Dump Truck Driver** for full-time work out of our location in Oakville, Ontario.

**Job Summary (not limited to)**
- Safely operate a late model Tri-Axle Dump Truck (Spiff Compliant)
- Hauling of soil and/or aggregate within the GTA/GTA West
- Hauling of spoils from sewer and watermain as well as earthwork/grading projects
- Hauling of aggregate from local suppliers to our projects
- Use of a ‘Pup’ trailer will also be required from time to time
- Upkeep of the unit and general care (maintenance by others)
- All supplies and, consumables provided by DIG
- Work in a safe and efficient manner, promoting our Health and Safety Program
- Daily safety checks will be a requirement
- Current/Valid safety training is a plus

**Anticipated Hours**
- Weekly Mon-Fri 6:30am - 4:30pm (or similar)
- 2 x 15 minute breaks daily (paid)
- 30 minute lunch period (unpaid)
- Saturdays/weekends only as required w/ premium time paid

**Compensation Package**
- Hourly wage starts at $30.00 plus 4% vacation pay, paid twice annually
- Premium time weekends (1 -1/2 x hourly rate)
- Paid statutory holidays
- Complete health benefit package included (after 3 month probationary period)
- Work phone included

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5+ years of driving experience
- ‘DZ’ minimum, ‘A’ endorsements is a plus
- Clean driving abstract will be required
- Good knowledge of GTA area and location of gravel pits/depots/quarries, etc.
