The** Parts Wholesale Manager** plays a critical role in overseeing and expanding the wholesale parts sales within the organization. This position is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing wholesale customers, re-engaging lost customers, and developing new business opportunities. The manager works closely with the Parts Department Managers to identify growth areas and utilizes marketing and merchandising strategies to increase sales volume. A key component of the role involves tracking sales performance and providing comprehensive reports to the Parts Managers and Aftersales Business Development Manager on a regular basis.

**Here’s what you’ll deliver**:

- ** Customer Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- ** Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the parts wholesale market, including re-engaging customers lost within the last 12 months.
- ** Sales Strategy Implementation**: Collaborate with the Parts Department to design and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- ** Marketing and Promotions**: Create effective marketing and merchandising materials to support sales initiatives and promote the parts catalogue.
- ** Performance Tracking and Reporting**: Monitor all aspects of sales performance, including current and new business, and provide detailed reports to management.
- ** Inventory Management**: Work with the Parts Department to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained to meet wholesale demand.
- ** Budget Management**: Prepare and manage the annual operating budget for the Parts Wholesale Division, setting clear goals and objectives.
- ** Customer Service Excellence**: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, addressing any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- ** Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all operations comply with relevant local, provincial, and federal regulations.
- Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
- Other duties as required by management.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Post Secondary Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related field required.
- 3-5 years of management experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Parts Advisor is preferred.
- CDK experience is preferred.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Strong communication skills are required to work with customers, employees and vendors.
- Required to maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of parts and inventory systems is required for this role.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Demonstrate effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
