**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support while assisting with their purchases. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage transactions accurately will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process transactions efficiently using the POS system, ensuring accurate cash handling and register operations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support for technology-related items.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area while ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours while maintaining quality customer interactions.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a cashier role.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with merchandising techniques and product demos is beneficial.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Proficiency in technology sales and technical product knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
