Participate in the leadership of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As a Store Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

**What You Will Do**:

- Guide customers in their decor choices
- Open, prepare and close the store
- Train and coach team members
- Supports operational tasks for stock and merchandising
- Ensure the performance of the store
- Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store

**What you Bring**:

- At least 2 years of Retail sales experience
- Experience in Customer Service Leadership
- A passion for interior décor and merchandising
- Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)
- The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
