**What You’ll Do**
- **Artisanal Production**: Oversee all bread and baked goods, ensuring excellence in every product.
- **Team Leadership**: Train, mentor, and inspire bakers while fostering a collaborative, growth-minded culture.
- **Quality Control**: Uphold high standards for taste, texture, and presentation from ingredients to finished loaves.
- **Operations**: Manage schedules, inventory, sourcing, and costs for smooth, profitable production.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: 5+ years in artisanal sourdough bread and prior leadership **required.**:
- **Technical Skills**: Mastery of fermentation, bakery equipment, and food safety; solid grasp of bakery operations.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication, organization, and time management; detail-oriented and motivated.
- **Physical Demands**: Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

- **Production artisanale**: diriger la préparation et la cuisson de tous les pains et produits de boulangerie.
- **Direction d’équipe**: former, encadrer et motiver une équipe tout en favorisant une culture collaborative.
- **Contrôle qualité**: garantir des normes élevées de goût, de texture et de présentation.
- **Gestion**: gérer calendriers, stocks, approvisionnement et coûts pour assurer efficacité et rentabilité.
- **Développement de recettes**: créer et perfectionner des produits qui mettent en valeur des ingrédients saisonniers de qualité, fidèles à l’esprit de Miette.

- **Expérience**: 5+ ans en boulangerie artisanale **requise,** avec une solide expertise en levain et une expérience de gestion.

- **Compétences relationnelles**: communication, organisation et gestion du temps exemplaires; souci du détail et leadership motivant.
- **Exigences physiques**: capacité à soulever 22 kg et rester debout longtemps.
