**What will your duties include?**
- Supporting the NH staff and shift supervisors.
- Assisting with managing the NH staff schedule (staff calling in sick/time off requests, finding replacement staff, communicating changes with staff members).
- Providing coverage for being on-call.
- Assisting with data entry, administrative tasks (EMH/printing/filing/faxing).
- Participating in bi-weekly staff meetings.
- Responding to calls for service/program information/employment opportunities.
- Representing the program and Causeway while working in the community.
