- Perform site preparation tasks including digging, grading, excavating, backfilling and trenching as required.
- Ensure the safe operation of machinery while adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other crew members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Experience in commercial driving is preferred for transporting heavy equipment.
- Proficient in operating various types of heavy machinery including excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety practices.
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with excavators.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
