Our rapidly growing accounting firm is looking for a **Junior Bookkeeper** to join our team.

**Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to execute full-service bookkeeping engagements for various clients of our practice.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Review and record financial transactions accurately
- Input transactions into the correct ledger
- Reconcile bank and other accounts
- Complete required tax forms (HST and payroll compliance)
- Process payroll

**Bookkeeper Requirements and Qualifications**
- Degree/Diploma in business administration, accounting, finance or relevant field preferred
- 1 year of bookkeeping experience preferred
- Proficient with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Sage (Simply Accounting), and TaxPrep
- Excellent communication and math skills
- Knowledge of payroll and bookkeeping principles

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
