**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the implementation of daily lesson plans and educational activities tailored to the developmental stages of children.
- Provide care and supervision for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning.
- Support children in their individual needs, including personal care, social interactions, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, preparing materials for activities as needed.
- Communicate effectively with lead educators regarding children's progress, behaviors, and any concerns that may arise.
- Engage with children through play, storytelling, and hands-on activities to enhance their learning experiences.

**Skills**
- Experience working in a classroom or caregiving setting with young children is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Ability to educate children through creative play and structured activities.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff members.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for nurturing the development of young learners.
