**JOB OVERVIEW**:
You will be responsible for:
- Creating the world’s cleanest commercial property.
- Supervising the cleaning operations of your property.
- Supporting your team with tasks like spot cleaning, project work, touch ups.
**About You and Your Skills**
We’re looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who is passionate, empathetic, and highly detailed. A people person with a keen eye for cleaning. You’re the right person for this job if you resonate with the following traits:

**Essential duties and responsibilities**:
- Manage a team of Cleaning Leads and Cleaning Associates, ensuring they carry out their schedules and scopes of work every shift.
- Coach, mentor, support Cleaning Leads and Cleaning Associates.
- Be a champion of Impact’s culture, principles, and pillars.
- Work with your Operations Supervisor to ensure you are staying within your labour and supply budgets.
- Complete nightly cleaning audits on Impact’s QA App.
- Ensure all staff are in uniform and proper working attire during scheduled working hours.
- Ensure all documents, forms, schedules, and memorandums pertaining to the scope of work are up to date.
- Ensure Cleaners Closets and Cleaners Carts are always stocked and organized.
- Complete and submit new orders according to job site requirements.
- Assist with the completion of inventories of equipment and supplies.
- Monitor, evaluate, and manage employee performance.
**Role Requirements & Assets**:
- 2+ years in a supervisory role is preferred.
- In a position to complete a security background check in good standing.
