Guests can enjoy the lake view from inside our glass-walled dining room, or from our stunning patio.

**Position Function**:
The **Dishwasher/Prep Cook** is responsible for assisting the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness and organization, as well as assisting in basic food preparation.

**Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment using industrial dishwasher equipment.
- Keep dishwashing area clean and organized.
- Assist in basic food preparation such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients.
- Support the kitchen team with various tasks as needed.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely.
- Follow health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with local and state regulations.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Food Handling Certificate.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in different areas of the kitchen as needed.
- Ability to occasionally lift items as heavy as 50 lbs.
