**Pay Range**

We are seeking:
Supervisor, Peel Region Restored Home and Safer Spaces (1 Year Full-Time Contract)
The Restored Home and Safer Places Program Supervisor for the Region of Peel is responsible for leading a team of cleaners, home support workers and a Mental Health Case worker to assist individuals and families at risk of homelessness due to unsafe, unsanitary and hoarding living conditions. The supervisor will conduct in-home assessments, develop client-centered care plans, and coordinate appropriate wraparound services including extreme cleaning, home support and hoarding intervention services. Additionally, they will provide short-term case coordination ensuring that clients receive the necessary support to maintain safe and stable housing.

This is a full-time contract position that requires travel throughout the Peel Region: Mississagua, Brampton, Caledon including the priority neighborhoods of Cooksville, Port Credit and Malton.

**Key Areas of Accountability**:

- Responding to all inquiries and providing information on VHA’s services, explaining VHA services, and policies.
- Conducts in-home client visits and completes documentation for service plans.
- Collects and maintains information on community services for reference of VHA employees, clients and the general public.
- Ensures that funder targets are met.
- Completes and update ongoing documentation of client contacts and ensure that client file is kept up to date.
- Conducting Field Supervision on all clients receiving services.
- Supervision of Extreme Cleaners, Clutter Coach and Home Support Workers.
- Participation in Quality Improvement project teams as appropriate.
- Supporting service outreach development and marketing.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Degree in a health-related field, such as Social Work/Social Service, Psychology, Nursing, Addictions Counselling or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience providing case coordination services to clients with mental health concerns.
- Experience working in homes/community setting, experience with hoarding behavior required.
- Valid driver’s license and use of a car on the job is a requirement
- Ability to travel in Peel Region along with occasional travel to Toronto is required
