We are looking for an Production Worker to join our team. The Production Worker will be responsible for assembling small and large-scale hydroponic farming systems. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently. The position also offers the opportunity to travel for jobs and move up within the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize handheld power tools to construct sub-assemblies and structures manually.
- Transport raw materials, components, or finished products within the production facility using manual or mechanical equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Perform loading and unloading tasks for materials and equipment.
- Appropriately package manufactured products.
- Assist in inventory counts and order picking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Perform various assigned tasks based on operational requirements.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for consistent and quality production processes.
- Ensure regular attendance and adhere to call-in policy for reporting workplace absences to maintain production schedule.

Physical Requirements:

- Stand for the majority of a shift.
- Engage in repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to complete work activities.
- Involve in physical activities, including lifting and moving materials, throughout the shift.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrate proven experience in construction or assembly within a similar role.
- Possess a strong grasp of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Capable of operating various construction equipment and power tools.
- Exhibit excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Pay attention to detail and uphold a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Maintain a pleasant, cooperative attitude towards colleagues, displaying respect, courtesy, and politeness.
- Adapt to changes and embrace variety in the workplace, able to switch tasks or priorities quickly.
- Hold a valid driver's license and possess reliable transportation.

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
