**Skilled Construction Worker**

**Compensation**:
$20 - $35 hourly

**Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to all directions from the construction manager, and work with other team members to complete construction projects accurately
- Carry, load, and unload tools and building materials such as sheetrock, saws, lumber, tile, grout, etc.
- Assist sub-contractors, tradesmen, and craft workers like roofers, plasterers, carpenters, painters, and electricians as needed
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as jackhammers and SDS drills as needed.
- Keep job sites clean and safe by removing debris and organizing materials and tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Possess a valid drivers license
- Solid mechanical skills are needed, as are good eye-hand coordination and depth perception
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required - Trade certification, associate’s degree, and/or completed apprenticeship program is highly preferred
- This position relies on physical strength and stamina
- Previous construction experience, knowledge of construction methods, tools and equipment, and an understanding of blueprints and construction plans is required
- Able to work in inclement weather like extreme temperatures, rain, etc.

Our in-house construction team does everything including the servicing of lots, building coach houses, converting single-family homes, flipping homes and new builds. it is a family-run business with a great atmosphere for all of our workers.
