Come grow with us If you want to grow your career and broaden your experience, then GHD is the right environment for you Our Rail and Transit team is expanding and in need of a **Junior Project Manager to join our group in Mississauga, Ontario.**

**Responsibilities**:

- As part of your employment, we intend to have you collaborate with the various Business Groups and Service Lines required to deliver GHD services to food processing and agribusiness clients
- Build strong positive partnerships while working in highly collaborative globally integrated teams of Project Managers, Engineers, Scientists, and others to identify, design and achieve innovative solutions
- Assist Project Managers with project delivery, monitoring project finances and deliverable development
- Develop project scope and oversee project execution to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
- Assist with proposal development including the preparation of project scope and budget
- Communicate with equipment suppliers and vendors on behalf of the client, assisting and participating in equipment qualification and validation activities

**Qualifications**:

- 0-3 years of project experience in the field of Transportation is preferred.
- Post-secondary education in Engineering.
- Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Build and maintain exceptional client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with sound technical judgment.
- Proven high ethical standards with a dedication to producing high quality work.
- Self-motivated, flexible, great teammate, willing to work on a wide variety of tasks with mínimal direction.
- Work will consist of office and on-site work; ability to travel to client site as needed.
