As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk at Surgmed, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving medical devices, preparing and maintaining corresponding documents, and working very closely with the customer care team.

**What You’ll Be Responsible For**:

- Picking and packing of customer orders
- Receives incoming materials, products or supplies
- Ships outgoing materials, products or supplies
- Prepares receiving or shipping reports
- Maintain warehouse documents
- Prepares orders for warehouse supplies
- Obtains transport carrier quotes and schedule freight for inbound & outbound shipments
- Tracks packages as requested
- Warehouse support for all Surgmed companies
- Supports customer care department

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**:

- Capable of lifting boxes up to 25 kg
- Working knowledge of French/English written and spoken
- Preferably has experience with export shipments and UPS, FedEx and other types of software
- 1 year working experience in a shipping department
- Preferably has a forklift license
