IT Operations Lead

Requirements:
- Develop and implement strategies for the organization's IT operations, including the deployment,
- maintenance, and support of all IT systems and infrastructure
- Oversee the management and performance of the organization's IT systems and infrastructure,
- including servers, networks, and storage
- Possess strong technical skills and act as a hands-on technical lead and handle escalation for level
- 3 tickets
- Manage clients infrastructure and Azure implementation and migrations
- Actively work on level 3 ticket escalations, Azure AD, Azure network, Azure virtual servers,
- migrations and firewalls
- Identify client gaps and environments, for upgrades
- Possess Account Management capabilities
- Ability to lead and manage the IT operations team, including assigning tasks, training, and
- performance management
- Collaborate with other members of the IT leadership team to develop and implement IT policies
- and procedures, standardize practices
- Ensure the security and compliance of the organization's IT systems and infrastructure
- Manage the organization's IT budget and client and vendor relationships
- Standardize new procedures for efficiencies
- Work closely with business leaders to understand and support their IT needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, with experience in a senior or team lead

- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) Environment.
- Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with troubleshooting level 3 tickets
- Experience with Azure Infrastructure and implementation, virtual machines, Firewalls, Azure AD
- Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage
- Experience with security and compliance standards and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with
- both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex
- technical issues
- Experience with budget management and vendor relationships is a plus
**Salary**: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
