**Duties**
- Assist in the development and facilitation of rehabilitation programs tailored to the needs of geriatric clients.
- Engage with clients through various activities such as exercises and group exercise classes
- Monitor patient participation and provide support to ensure a safe
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate rehabilitation into patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate records of patient participation and progress in ADLS.
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are organized, safe, and ready for use.
- Assist in creating an inclusive environment that encourages participation from all patients.
- Assist the Occupational therapist with equipment management including support with implementing wheelchair changes, coordinating with vendors and wound care management.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Knowledge of long term care practices and how they relate to rehabilitation services.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Creativity in engaging rehabilitation activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $24.78-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 40 per week
