**The Role**

We are seeking a Programme Manager to work closely with both existing and new customers to develop strong relationships and deliver TradingHub’s product capabilities. Positioned within the key function of Professional Services, the Programme Manager will work with our finance SMEs to provide best-in-class service to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Run project management for end-to-end solutions, integration and software implementation, ensuring successful delivery and transition to BAU support
- Drive stakeholder engagement with senior internal and external partners to ensure project success and clear communication
- Provide hands-on execution support by participating in deployment activities, running data processes and troubleshooting with the technical team
- Oversee timeline and resource management, tracking progress to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Implement agile methodologies and best practices to meet customer demands and evolving business needs
- Support risk management by identifying and mitigating business and operational risks related to project delivery

**Requirements**:
Main Skills/Competencies:

- Strong understanding of end-to-end software implementations and technical project delivery
- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
- Intermediate skills in a programming/scripting language such as SQL, Python, C#
- Interest in supporting technical tasks such as system configuration, running data batches and troubleshooting implementation issues
- Strong interpersonal skills with noted experience dealing with senior stakeholders
- Time management and delegation skills with an ability to cope under pressure and prioritise work effectively
- Understanding of financial instruments, trading workflows or market data processing
