Fruit Picking

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload products from delivery vehicles and storage areas.
- Conduct shipping and receiving activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on mechanical equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety guidelines to minimize risks associated with heavy lifting and equipment operation.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in warehouse distribution or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate cranes, forklifts, and other heavy equipment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and order fulfillment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required by the job duties.
- Experience in order picking, shipping & receiving processes is advantageous.
- Background in construction or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $17.75-$29.32 per hour
