The Digital Product Owner is responsible for driving the creation, enhancement and sustainment of digital technologies that drive automation, digitization and analytics in our agriculture business processes, across multiple regions and markets. The Digital Product Owner plays a crucial role in the development of business process, aligning with regional stakeholders towards a common global process. Therefore his/her role as a process coordinator is key. The digital Product Owner will then translate the business process into a supporting product vision, strategy, features and prioritization. This includes gathering business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, defining product features and designing through the lens of enhancing end-user digital experience and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality product.
The Product Owner is responsible for ensuring the successful launch of the product, creation of business value and adoption of the product globally. This role will focus on digitalizing one or more agriculture business process.. The Product Owner will continue to identify opportunities for innovation and ensures product remains competitive in the market with latest tools, technology trends and emerging practices. The Product Owner is also responsible for understanding the capabilities of the digital technologies selected for the build of the digital tools and works closely with the Digital Delivery Team from the Technology department.

**Academic**:
**Must have**: Bachelor's Degree in Business/Engineering/Science
**Nice to have**: Ag Business Degree
**Professional/Technical Accreditations/Attributes**:
**Nice to have**: UX design, agriculture product development
Related Work Experience
Strong background in developing business process and translating them into product features
Minimum experience of 4 years in Business Consulting/ Process mapping and design
Experience in full Digital product development cycle,
Ability to sell ideas to stakeholders
Knowledge in agriculture.
Experience in influencing and creating change
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
Ability to adapt quickly to new situations
Experience in working with multiple Regions, at a global or Regional level
