**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including the **Tornos GT-32 Swiss Lathe** and **Haas UMC 750SS 5-Axis Machining Center**.
- Interpret and analyze technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
- Program and modify CNC programs using **Fusion 360** to ensure accurate machining.
- Perform basic math calculations to verify dimensions and maintain tolerances.
- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify machined parts meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot machinery issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance production processes and maximize efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in machining, specifically with Swiss lathes and/or 5-axis CNC machines.
- Proficiency in **Fusion 360** or similar CNC programming software
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of complex machining systems.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurement and tolerance calculations.
- Experience using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
