**_2-3 evenings/week 4:00pm-8:00pm_**
**_Alternating Saturday's 7:00am-4:00pm_**
**_Every Sunday (split) 7:00am-12:00pm & 3:00pm-8:00pm_**
**_Rate of Pay: $21.00/hour to start (increase after 3-month probationary period) _**
**_Job Description_**_: Duties include but are not limited to: _
- _Personal care assistance: bathing, dressing, brushing teeth, toileting, manual transfers (sit to stand), range of motion exercises, walking exercises, support on outings, general supervision, companionship_
- _G-tube feeding: flush line, administering feed at scheduled times, clean line, clean feed bag_
- _Medication: administration via feeding tube, monitoring and ordering inventory when necessary_
- _Respiratory care: assistance using lung volume recruitment (LVR) cough assist equipment, portable ventilator, electric BiPAP machine, maintain equipment cleanliness _
- _Respite care: provide respite for primary caregiver when necessary_
- _Home care: light housekeeping, laundry _
**_Rate of Pay_**_: $21.00/hour to start (increase after 3-month probationary period)_

Part-time hours: 12-25 per week
**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
