**We’re looking for a talented Social Media Coordinator to join our team.**

If you’re a **social media ninja**, a creative communicator and want a role where you can take initiative and grow your skills, we want to hear from you Bonus points if you get as excited as we do about real estate and marketing.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Managing our brokerage’s social media accounts (posting content and community management)
- Working with our creative team to develop engaging social graphics and video
- Covering live events (awards, galas, grand openings, events, a day in the life of our agents/brokerage, training events, community involvement/charity events, etc)
- Staying on top of news and trends in social media in general, and within the real estate marketing vertical
- Suggesting new and creative ways to use social to further our company’s brand and project goals
- Leveraging social analytics to build reports and recommendations

**What we’re looking for**:

- Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role managing social media
- Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience with focus on Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Proven ability to manage multiple social media accounts with creativity and accuracy
- Demonstrated story-telling ability using a broad range of social media post types and tactics
- High level of familiarity with major social media platforms and best practices for each (including, but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok,LinkedIn and Youtube)
- Familiarity with SEO copywriting best practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated team player with great ability to manage time and hussle for content
- Exceptional English writing, grammar and spelling skills
- Experience in mobile video or animation is a definite plus
- Passion for real estate is a major asset
- Degree in communications, journalism, PR, marketing or similar preferred
